Celebrating Five Years of Retail Projex
As we conclude our 5th year in operation, we would like to express our gratitude to our clients for their continued trust and collaboration. Since our inception, we have grown to a team of over 30 property professionals managing a retail portfolio exceeding 500,000m² throughout the east coast of Australia.
In the last five years we have successfully leased over 300,000m² of retail space within some of the country’s largest retail assets. Our team consists of highly qualified property experts with extensive experience in centre management, leasing, facilities and financial property reporting.
Over the next 12 months, we’re looking forward to our continued expansion, with several retail management appointments set to be announced. Through these appointments and our ongoing projects, we will continue our philosophy of aligning with our clients’ objectives and showing a passion and commitment to exceed expectations.

Just weeks after I joined Retail Projex we were hit with the unknown of covid lockdown. However, since then, we’ve seen the LFR sector experience extraordinary growth.
Belinda Nash joined our team in 2022 and has had fantastic results, including project leasing the new F&B precinct at Prospect Homemaker Centre. Since my promotion to Senior Leasing Executive in 2023, I’ve been involved with projects such as the centre rejuvenations & tenancy remixes at Crossroads Homemaker for Ashe Morgan.
We’ve had some exciting projects hit the market this year, along with our new Leasing Executive Keith Lee joining the team, who comes with a strong background in commercial leasing. Here’s to our continued success and to many more milestones ahead.
