Following a busy year, we’re excited to be continuing our expansion into VIC, TAS, NSW and QLD.
Our focus on staff training & development, together with a people-centric investment and client-aligned strategy continues to pay strong dividends in more management appointments.
With BWP’s recent acquisition of Newmark Capital’s LFR centres, we were awarded the management of 5 additional properties, with centres reaching from Launceston TAS to Gladstone, QLD. These additional assets expand our BWP portfolio to 15 centres; a portfolio of which we are extremely proud.
Remaining focused on our people, structure and outcomes proves to be a key contributor to our management appointments. More recently, we have been appointed to a fantastic sub-regional centre in VIC – Summerhill Shopping Centre.
Retail Projex now manage more than 80 properties. Our growth remains measured and continues to derive from existing client relationships – echoing our principle of aligning ourselves with client objectives.
We are extremely proud of our business growth in the management and leasing space, as well as our reputation as a comprehensive end-to-end property business. This expansion into numerous states and broader, diverse regions further reinforces our ability to effectively manage the East Coast property market.
